The Restoration

Totteridge Park’s restoration has taken just over two years in planning and build. The developer and the team behind the restoration have realised their vision of recreating this iconic, landmark building, featuring a wealth of original features and character with elegant, light, spacious accommodation, designed for living. Each of the 10 properties is totally unique.

The project was led by architect, Will Moses of CSM Architects and project manager, Hilary Scott.
Main contractors, Sullivan Brothers (www.sullivanbrothers.co.uk), were appointed to deliver the contract over an 18 month build program.
A local, family run business, established for over 30 years, with an outstanding reputation for quality, they were a perfect fit to undertake this important restoration. Having worked on many listed buildings and award winning developments they understood the vision for Totteridge Park. Their ability to source the finest craftsmen enabled them to deliver to the highest quality with incredible attention to detail. This is clear in every detail you see, from the beautifully restored decorative plaster work to the solid pewter ironmongery and the magnificent period fireplaces. Everything in the building has been thoughtfully selected.

Now fully restored and standing in 5.5 acres of landscaped gardens, with a main lawn, a wide variety of mature trees and shrubs, extensive terraces along the rear of the property, and the secret garden, Totteridge Park is a secluded and private oasis and truly one of a kind.
